🛍 Want to Return or Exchange Something?
Got the wrong tote? Damaged goods? No problem! Here’s what to do:
- Hit Us Up: Drop us a WhatsApp on +919453330029 or email at contact@berriesblu.com within 7 days of delivery. Let us know if you’ve received the wrong, damaged, or defective product.
- Give Us 2 Days: We’ll review your request within 2 working days. We’re quick like that.
- Send It Back: Once we approve, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup from most locations. You chill while we handle the logistics!
🧐 How Does It Work?
- Once your tote reaches us, we’ll verify it. If everything checks out, we’ll hook you up with a replacement or refund—whatever works best for you.
- Replacements depend on stock, but we promise you won’t be left hanging.
🚫 Sorry, No Returns For:
- Sale items (because you already got a sweet deal!)
- Used or opened products (your tote deserves its unboxing moment 💫)
💵 Refunds !
- If you return an unopened and unused tote within 7 days, we’ll refund the full amount straight to your original payment method.
- As soon as your return hits our warehouse and is good to go, we’ll get your cash flowing back within 5-7 business days.
- You’ll get updates via SMS and email because transparency is our thing.
📦 What About Opened Stuff?
If you spot a damaged or already-opened tote at delivery, just reject it right there. We’ll sort things out from our end.
